Orders should arrive safely to every customer within 1-5 business days (+2 days for NT and WA). Delivery by Australia Post with tracking.
If wondering where your order is, please find your tracking number in the Australia Post email sent straight after dispatch.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached
Swaddles, baby bags, and baby suits are under garments and therefore sold to you in sealed clear plastic protective cover indicating they are unused and unworn
If unsure of sizing on Grobag, Ergopouch and Aden & Anais - please use the manufacturer size guides according to the height and in some cases the weight of your baby
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased from Baby Baby Online for refund or exchange, please follow those simple steps:
Before you request a return, check our Returns Policy Requirements:
You can request the return of the purchased item within 14 days (inclusive) from the trackable date of delivery and
The item must be in original, unworn, unused state and saleable condition:
- in the original unopened packaging (plastic bag) and
- with all original tags and labels still attached
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Baby Baby Online reserves the right to refuse a refund of that item.

- the product details you wish to return including product photo(s) with barcode label(s) and
- your reason to return
Pack the item carefully and send via post to the address emailed in response to your return.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance Baby Baby Online Customer Service will contact you to arrange the best solution.
You must return the item as soon as possible. If nothing is received within ten (10) business days of requesting the return, the return case will be closed.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
